This week has been a mixed week. It started well and I achieved lots of things that I am proud of exercise-wise. I ran 10km in Centennial Park – a distance I haven’t been able to do in a while. I swam in a 50 metre pool (in fact one of the best pools I have ever swam in – North Sydney Olympic Pool) and managed 3km! I got out on my bike for 3 hours which I haven’t done in far too long. I attempted stair running for the first time and was pretty proud of my efforts. I am feeling slimmer, stronger, fitter and more motivated than ever.
I also FINALLY found some employment in Australia. I temped for the day as a receptionist on Thursday and as a special needs teacher on Friday. So from Thursday I was celebrating and may have celebrated 3 nights in a row. I still lost 1 kg this week so I don’t feel so bad. I’m enjoying myself and keeping track at the same time.
I am really happy with the results of my 100 healthy days so far. I am 21 days in and I have lost 5.3 kgs or 11.7 lbs! I am eating well, exercising lots and treating myself too.
