This week has been a bit of a crazy busy one as I worked 5 days as a casual teacher at different schools all over the place. My usual daily exercise regime suffered a bit! My focus shifted from my health and fitness to my job for a while. I ate healthily throughout the week and treated myself to pizza on Friday night and some low sugar ciders on Saturday night. I managed some climbing, swimming, running and lots of walking.
I didn’t lose any weight this week but I had been expecting this to happen at some point. I’m not feeling disheartened because I haven’t been particularly strict this week. I can feel the changes in my body and all my clothes are getting looser and looser.
Sometimes the scales just don’t matter!
